The Pulse of Time Beats Through Art: A million Times

Turning time from something merely measured into something felt, shaped, and choreographed - this is the essence of A million Times.
Created by the Stockholm-based studio Humans since 1982, this masterpiece series unites multiple analogue clock faces in perfect synchrony, merging into a single precise time every minute — while every passing second becomes a hypnotic performance.

Masterpieces of Motion: Origins and Journey

A million Times made its debut in 2013 at design fairs in Dubai and Basel.
It has since been exhibited at prestigious institutions such as Somerset House (UK), the Smithsonian Design Museum (US), and Issey Miyake’s 21_21 Design Sight (JP).
Today, each piece in the series is produced in highly limited editions, signed by the studio’s founders, and made to order — positioned as a true collectible work of kinetic art.

Scale, Material, Edition

The series is offered in various configurations - 61c, 72, 72v, and 120.
Each model features a black or white mineral composite body, complemented by contrasting or metal-plated “Sterling” hands.
Special Tidal and Zephyr editions introduce anodised blue and green surfaces, adding a sense of dynamic depth to the collection.
Edition sizes range from 10 to 82, with every piece handcrafted to order in Stockholm.
For Masterpieces-class works, the typical production lead time is 4–6 months.

The Origins of A million Times: ClockClock 24

A million Times brings not just a “clock” into a space — but motion, rhythm, and focus.
While large-scale versions (e.g., 120/144/288) transform architectural walls into living installations, ClockClock 24 functions as an elegant wall sculpture.
Both series are defined by their craftsmanship, technological precision, and collector spirit.
Through these works, Entropia continues to bridge the worlds of fine watch culture and contemporary design, presenting them within a curated selection of kinetic artistry.

Two Expressions of the Same Signature: A million Times & ClockClock 24

The A million Times series carries the genetic code of the studio’s most iconic creation — ClockClock 24.
Launched in 2008 under the name “The Clock Clock”, ClockClock 24 features 24 analogue dials that align once each minute to display the time digitally.
Following its presentation at Saatchi Gallery London (2010), the work achieved international acclaim and now resides in the Vitra Design Museum (Germany), Musée international d’horlogerie (Switzerland), and Nationalmuseum (Sweden) permanent collections.

A million Times expands this legacy - transforming time not through 24, but through hundreds of subtle movements.
A grander scale, a longer choreography, a deeper meaning.
